It is a post by Joe Jurczyk from grassroots.org. They offer free web hosting, web design and legal consulting to other nonprofit organizations. They might be good folks to connect with.

Also, if you are interested in working with a CivicSpace based site, I could host that for you.

I know people have talked within the CivicSpace community about DreamHost and the pros and cons
